Greening Homes Company Retreat
In January 2012 the Greening Homes crew put down our tools and packed up our outdoor gear to spend a weekend together with our families at the Algonquin Eco Lodge near Maynooth, Ontario. Between polar bear dips and skiing we met to review and revise our existing company policies and protocols. We worked together to better define our job descriptions & expectations, communication structures, and organizational plans. Company President, Chris Phillips also gave us all a detailed lesson on the lastest and greatest green building materials. It was a great way to have some fun and to work on moving forward together! Thanks to the Lodge for hosting us!
