St. Helen’s Full House

A young family with a baby on the way approached us to renovate the main and second floors of their Bloordale Village home. Our two-storey gut renovation modernized their home to accommodate this growing family!

This project followed the Greening Homes five pillars for responsible renovations, which include responsible waste management, careful and informed material selections, efficient design and use of resources, healthy indoor air quality and smart transportation to and from the jobsite. The project was retrofitted for above-building code energy performance, and the site supervisor cycled and even ran to the job site, following our smart transportation pillar.
