Yvonne Bambrick is the Managing Director of Greening Homes Ltd.  She also acts as the Executive Director of the Forest Hill Village Business Improvement Area, is a professional photographer, and award-winning author of The Urban Cycling Survival Guide: Need-to-know Skills and Strategies for Biking in the City (ECW Press, 2015). Yvonne received her BA from Concordia University, and her MA in Communication Management at University of Technology, Sydney. She sits on the board of directors of Vélo Canada Bikes, Canada’s national cycling advocacy organisation, and Toronto based non-profit, The Laneway Project. Her community advocacy work includes her roles as the founding executive director of the Toronto Cyclists Union (now Cycle Toronto), co-creator and coordinator of Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market, and as the caretaker of Toronto’s smallest park, the iconic Kensington Market Garden Car.

Yvonne is a Passive House Certified Tradesperson.
